You are hereby notified that an action has been commenced against you in the Circuit Court of Barton County, Missouri, held at Lamar, the object and general nature of which is to obtain Letters of Guardianship of the minor child, William Michael Zimmerman.

The names of the Respondent to said action is stated above in the caption hereof and the name and address of the attorney for the Petitioner is Kyla Moorhouse, 208 W. 10th Street, Lamar, MO 64759. You are further notified that unless you file an answer or other pleading or shall otherwise appear and defend against the aforesaid Petition herein within 45 days after the 15th day of October, 2020, Judgment by default will be rendered against you.
