GOLDEN CITY- Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at Daniel Funeral Home for Wendy Weiser, 70, Golden City, who died Wednesday, April 7, 2021, at Mercy Hospital in Springfield. Burial will follow in Mount Carmel Cemetery in Golden City.

Survivors include her husband, Lyle; three sons, David Weiser and wife Tracy, Michael Weiser and wife Amber and Brian Weiser, all of Golden City; one daughter, Shauna Shalvey, Boliver; eight grandchildren, William, Justin, Matthew, Nathan, Erick, Angelina, Tony and Jeremy and a brother, Charles Jack Lee, Carl Junction.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Mark Lee.

Mrs. Weiser was born July 15, 1950, in Joplin, to Charles Jack Lee Sr. and Edna Mae (Pequignot) Lee. She married Lyle Anton Weiser on Nov. 8, 1969, in Carl Junction.

She worked as a homemaker and she loved taking care of her family and friends.
