Notice is herby given that the annual meeting of the shareholders of Lamar Trust Bancshares, Inc. will be held at Lamar Bank & Trust Company on Monday, January 10, 2022, for the purpose of electing one director for a term of four years, and transacting any other business that may properly come before said meeting. Said meeting will begin at 9:00 am and will continue for at least three hours unless the object for which it is called be accomplished sooner.
