COVID-19 update

November 23, 2020

According to the Barton County Health Department, as of 6 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 18, there have been 482 total positive cases of COVID-19, 50 total active cases and 432 recovered cases, with four deaths.

The health department encourages everyone to take precautions to help slow the spread. Please wash hands often, do not touch your eyes, nose or mouth with unwashed hands, cover coughs and sneezes, wear a mask appropriately when you cannot stay six feet away from people who do not live in your home and please stay home if you are sick, think you have allergies, a sinus infection or any respiratory symptoms.
