Mt. The Tigers dropped the game to the Mountaineers 42-32 to fall to 3-2. The Tigers will host the Nevada Tigers in the Silver Tiger game in the battle for Oscar on Friday evening.

Lamar battled all evening but couldn't quite get over the hump as Cassville defeated the Tigers 35-34.

Lamar senior No. 30 TJ Ansley makes the tackle on this Tipton running back as No. 2 Trey Pittsenbarger comes in to assist on the play. Tipton made the three hour drive to play against the Tigers. Each of the Big 8 conference teams have one open date on their schedule to play against a non conference foe. Lamar's open date was during the third week of the season and Tipton also had an open date that week. Lamar will return the favor by making the trip to Tipton next year.
