RUBY BARROW

LAMAR- Graveside services will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Lake Cemetery for Ruby Jane Barrow, 86, Lamar, who died Saturday, Feb. 27, 2021.

Arrangements are under the direction of Daniel Funeral Home.

Survivors include her three children, David Ferguson, Springfield, Betty Brewer and husband Jerry, Springfield and Russell Barrow and wife Debbie, Lamar; five grandchildren, Dustan, David, Jeremy, Jeri and Justin and 13 great-grandchildren, Gabe, Dylan, Kyah, Sierra, Seth, Jordan, Jaden, Hunter, Katlin, Isaac, Jasmine, Scarlett and Trinity.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, Le Roy Ferguson; sisters, Juanita Prouse and Reba Steppe and a brother, Lee.

Mrs. Barrow was born March 24, 1934, in Milford, to Richard and Hazel (McDonald) Miller.

She had worked many years for Chastain’s Nursing Home as a nurse aid, finally retiring from O’Sullivan Industries in Lamar.

She enjoyed playing bingo at the Barton County Senior Center, listening to gospel music and taking care of her fur babies.
