LOCKWOOD- Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Cedarville Cemetery for Margaret O. Fyfe, 93, Lockwood, who died Saturday, April 10, 2021, at her home.

Family and friends are welcome to view and pay their respects on Tuesday from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Greenfield Funeral Chapel.

Due to current COVID-19 restrictions, please be mindful of maintaining a social distance. Also, all are welcome to, and indeed, encouraged, to wear face masks to protect themselves and others.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Cedarville Cemetery.

Survivors include her son, Larry Fyfe and wife Bobbie, Jerico Springs; one sister, Alma LeGrand, Lamar; her grandson, Steve Fyfe and wife Amy, Lockwood; three great-grandchildren, Meegan Pettersen and husband Leif, Shea Hembree and husband Montana and Reese Fyfe and two great-great-grandchildren, Harlow Hembree and Talin Pettersen.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Abner Fyfe and one sister, Bonnie Harris.

Mrs. Fyfe was born June 9, 1927, on the family farm in Barton County, to Claude and Marie (Winningham) Harris. She married Abner Fyfe on Oct. 21, 1946, in Girard, Kan. She had worked at O’Sullivan Industries in Lamar and also at the Good Shepherd Nursing Home in Lockwood. She was an avid quilter. She enjoyed gardening and going fishing. She even had a passion for motorcycles, which her husband owned several custom Harley Davidson motorcycles.
