REEDS SPRINGS- Services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Konantz Warden Funeral Home in Lamar for Shane Eugene Miller, 51, Reeds Springs, who died Friday, Sept. 17, 2021, from complications with diabetes.
The family will receive visitors on Tuesday, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., at the funeral home.
The family suggests memorial donations be made to the American Diabetes Foundation.
Survivors include his mother, Cheryl Gabriel, Reeds Spring; sons, Devin Usher, Indonesia and Shane Goetz, Rogersville; granddaughters, Lakely and Jordan; sister, Renata Freel and husband Dean, Pensacola, Fla.; an aunt, Diana West, Joplin and an uncle, Ralph Miller, Mindenmines.
He was preceded in death by his father, Clifton Gene Miller and his grandparents, Clifton and Betty Miller.
Mr. Miller was born June 26, 1970, in Bossier City, La., to Clifton and Cheryl (Simpson) Miller. In 1988, he graduated from Liberal High School. He moved from Mindenmines to the Branson area, where he was a salesman in the vacation industry and with an orthotic company. He loved nature and his family. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and the great outdoors. He doted on his granddaughters. He inherited a great sense of humor from his father and was a giving, good hearted man who was a true friend to many.
