You are hereby notified that an action has been commenced against you in the Circuit Court of Barton County, State of Missouri, praying for a Petition For Foreclosure Of Deed of Trust regarding the premises described as follows, to-wit:

A TRACT OF LAND LOCATED IN THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 29, TOWNSHIP 32 NORTH, RANGE 32 WEST, BARTON COUNTY, MISSOURI FURTHER DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:

BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID SECTION 29; THENCE NORTH 01 DEGREES 27 MINUTES 50 SECONDS EAST ALONG THE EAST LINE OF SAID SECTION 29, A DISTANCE OF 617 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 53 DEGREES 01 MINUTES 15 SECONDS WEST, A DISTANCE OF 457.48 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 18 DEGREES 39 MINUTES 10 SECONDS WEST, A DISTANCE OF 357.34 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 89 DEGREES 37 MINUTES 28 SECONDS EAST ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID SECTION 29, A DISTANCE OF 464 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, SUBJECT TO COUNTY ROAD RIGHT OF WAY AND EASEMENTS OF RECORD.

and which said Deed of Trust was made by: Sandra R. Bean and Shaun M. Bean the Mortgagor, to U.S. Bank National Association, as Mortgagee, and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Barton County, Missouri, on 1/7/2010, Document Identification no. #2010-44; and for other relief; that summons was duly issued out of said Court against you as provided by law and that the said suit is now pending.

The names and all the parties to the action are stated above in the caption and the name and address of the attorney for the plaintiff is Codilis, Moody & Circelli, P.C., 15W030 North Frontage Road, Suite 200, Burr Ridge, IL 60527.

You are further notified that, unless you file an answer or other pleading or shall otherwise appear and defend against the petition within forty-five (45) days after 2/1/2023, the date of the first publication, judgment by default will be rendered against you.
