Tripp Ansley, son of Jeremy and Marty Ansley, is the sixth grade Lamar Middle School Student of the Week. Tripp enjoys playing football, basketball and baseball. In his spare time he likes to read his Bible, hunt, fish, spend time with his family and play outside.

Drone photo by Joe Davis A capacity crowd at the Barco Drive-In was a site to behold on Friday night, July 19. According to Scott Kelley, theatre manager, sales are cut off at 310 cars and unfortunately some had to be turned away. No fears though as Twisters A Quiet Place, rated PG-13, will be playing at the drive-in every night through Thursday, July 25. An interesting note – The original Twisters movie that was released in 1996 proved to be a sell out as well.
