Fewer wild gobblers… more hunters

I photographed these two gobblers eating corn in February in a field where a tent-like 'youth hunt' blind has been used for years. Corn spreading begins after Christmas and continues until mid-March. Both will be dead before the regular season begins.

Drone photo by Joe Davis A capacity crowd at the Barco Drive-In was a site to behold on Friday night, July 19. According to Scott Kelley, theatre manager, sales are cut off at 310 cars and unfortunately some had to be turned away. No fears though as Twisters A Quiet Place, rated PG-13, will be playing at the drive-in every night through Thursday, July 25. An interesting note – The original Twisters movie that was released in 1996 proved to be a sell out as well.
