ROBERTA LEE MARK

RURAL SHELDON- Graveside services will be held at 3 p.m. Friday at the Olive Branch Cemetery in Milo for Roberta Lee Mark, 90, who died Sunday, March 31, 2024, at her home in rural Sheldon. Ray Dean Scism will officiate.

Arrangements are under the direction of Ferry Funeral Home, Nevada.

Survivors include her husband, Gene, of the home; two sons, Mike Mark and wife Pam and Tim Mark and wife Jeannie, all of Sheldon; four grandchildren, Patty Mark, Stephanie Smith and husband Lee, Scott Mark and wife Adrienne and Savana Ayers and husband Brandon; seven great-grandchildren, Cole Smith, Carlee Smith, Cammie Smith, Sutton Mark, Campbell Mark, Taylor Ayers and Jordan Ayers and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by a sister, Phyllis Ewan; a brother, Leslie Knight; an infant brother and a grandson.

Mrs. Mark was born April 12, 1933, in Butler, to Robert and Mary Louise (White) Knight. She married Basil Eugene “Gene” Mark on Aug. 10, 1952, in Montevallo.
