Lamar West Elementary students explore 4-H Blender Bike

Lamar West Elementary School welcomed University of Missouri Extension staff on May 1 and 2, in order to share the importance of learning more about exercise, food nutrition and making healthy choices to build strong bodies. This information was shared with 248 third, fourth and fifth grade students in Coach Walker’s physical education classes.
