Krystal Roby, a math instructor at Lamar High School, was recently recognized by Arvest Bank’s We Love Teachers” campaign. Thanks to this award, Roby will be able to add even more real-life projects to her life skills math class. The Lamar sixth grade Tigers ended their regular season on Saturday, Oct. 12, with a victory over Nevada, 40-12. It was a great day to be a Tiger, with both the offense and defense playing an amazing game. The Lamar Tiger youth football Super Bowl schedule shows the third and fourth grades playing on Saturday, Oct. 19 in Mt. Vernon, while the fifth and sixth grades will be playing at Carthage on Sunday, Oct. 27. Come out and cheer on your Lamar Tigers!
