Members of the Lamar R-1 School Board were treated to an honest and heartfelt presentation by the Lamar Tiger football team seniors that started off the Lamar R-1 School Board meeting held Wednesday, Dec. 18.

Lamar Cruise Night recently presented a check to Katie's House, a Pregnancy & Family Resource Center in the amount of $250. The money is to be used for Christmas gifts and/or comfort items for newborns in Barton County. Katie's house is a Non-Profit Organization with locations in El Dorado Springs and Lamar.
