The State of Missouri to Defendants, Wayne L. Zaerr (Deceased), Unknown Heirs of Wayne L. Zaerr, Linda S. Zaerr (Deceased) and Unknown Heirs of Linda S. Zaerr:

You are hereby notified that an action has been commenced against you in the Circuit Court for Barton County, State of Missouri, the object and general nature of which is to Quiet Title as to the property secured by a Deed of Trust dated February 23, 2007, and which action affects the following described property to wit:

LOT 13 OF SHARON’S SECOND ADDITION, SECOND AMENDED PLAT FOR LOTS 1, 2, 3, 10, 11, 12, 13 AND 14 IN THE CITY OF LAMAR, BARTON COUNTY, MISSOURI.

AND

ALL OF LOT 6, OF SHARON’S FIRST ADDITION, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LAMAR, IN BARTON COUNTY, MISSOURI.

SUBJECT TO EASEMENTS, RESTRICTIONS, RESERVATIONS OF RECORD, IF ANY.

You are further notified that, unless you file an answer or other pleading or shall otherwise appear and defend against the aforesaid petition within forty-five (45) days after the 22nd day of January, 2025, judgment by default will be rendered against you.
