The Lamar seventh grade Lady Tigers earned the Big 8 Conference Championship for 2024-25 following a highly successful undefeated season, going 16-0. They outscored their opponents 723-191. Seventh grade Lady Tigers go undefeated
Lamar Democrat/Chris Morrow Golden City freshman Braxyn Wirth puts up a jumper over a Hurley defender during the Eagles home game Friday night. They dropped the contest 90-70 in a shootout. The Eagles will be hosting the 68th Golden City Tournament for boys and girls teams beginning January 13.

Keaton Wolfe, son of Chuck and Crystal Wolfe, is the sixth grade Lamar Middle School Student of the Week. Keaton plays football, baseball and basketball. He likes to go hunting and fishing and playing outside. His favorite subjects are Math and Social Studies. He enjoys attending youth group and Milford Christian Church.
