Rose Marie Bronson, age 95, of Lamar, Missouri, passed away Tuesday, February 18, 2025, at Good Shepherd Community Care in Lockwood, Missouri.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, February 25, 2025 at First Baptist Church of Lamar with burial to follow Lake Cemetery in Lamar, MO.

The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, February 25, 2025 prior to the service at the church.

In lieu of flowers, the family ask for donations to go to Good Shepherd Community Care in care of the funeral home.

During the evening, Matt Brown presented Roberts with a check for $200,000 from the Lamar Community Betterment Council Inc., with funds donated by a local couple and Robb Hodson with the First Baptist Church of Lamar was presented a check for $500 from Roberts. The First Baptist Church is one of three facilities that were recognized and presented a check for $500 for use of their facilities currently housing YMCA programs in Lamar. The other facilities include the Barton County Senior Center and the Lamar Christian Church.
