Cash Brown, son of Scott and Carlie Brown, is the sixth grade Lamar Middle School Student of the Week. Cash plays football, but his main sport is rodeo. He has lots of horses and two dogs. Cash attends FCA and is a member of LMS Student Council.

Catalina Sheriff, daughter of Gilbert and Elizabeth Sheriff, is the sixth grade Lamar Middle School Student of the Week. Catalina likes painting and doing make up in her free time. She has one cat named Tide. She participates in gymnastics and cheerleading. Things that are important to her are Jesus, church, skincare, family, friends and sports.

Liberal High School senior Jordan Goodell recently signed a letter of intent to continue her softball career at Crowder College, where both of her parents, Brandi and Jeremy Goodell, also played sports. Brandi played basketball and Jeremy played baseball. They, along with her brother Jack, are pictured. Goodell is a three-year standout for the Lady Bulldogs on the diamond. She will be looking to lead the team as they begin their season later this week at a tournament in Joplin.
