Your balance due is $1,200.00 and demand is hereby made for payment no later than April 30, 2025. Unless the claim is paid within the time stated, the contents of your space, including but not limited to the 2017 Dodge Ram Pickup VIN 1C6RR7GG1HS787315 will be sold as stated above.
