You are hereby notified that the undersigned Personal Representative will file a Final Settlement and a Petition for Approval of Final Settlement and Order of Distribution for determination of who are the successors in interest to the real or personal property of he Decedent and the extent and character of their interest therein and for distribution of such property, in the Probate Division of the Circuit Court of Barton County, Missouri, on June 19, 2025, or as may be continued by the Court, and that any objections to such Final Settlement and Petition or any item thereof must be filed in writing with said Court within twenty days after the filing of said Final Settlement.
