For default in payment of the debt secured by a Deed of Trust executed by Danielle Hilliard and Jonathan Strickland, wife and husband and Rebecca Hilliard, a single person dated November 07, 2023, and recorded on November 07, 2023, in the office of the recorder of deeds for Barton County, Missouri, Instr. #: 2023R01565 Book:2023 Page:1565, the undersigned trustee will, at the request of the holder of said indebtedness, sell the property below described at public auction, to the highest bidder for cash, at the Barton County Courthouse, located at 1004 Gulf St. #204, Lamar, Missouri, on Tuesday, June 24, 2025, between the hours of 9 o'clock A.M. and 5 o'clock P.M. and more particularly at 12:00 PM, for the purpose of satisfying said indebtedness and the costs of executing this trust:
