The State of Missouri to Defendants, Emma Marie Thornton Tuck a/k/a Maria T. Tuck a/k/a Maria Thornton Tuck (Deceased) and Unknown Heirs of Emma Marie Thornton Tuck a/k/a Maria T. Tuck a/k/a Maria Thornton Tuck:
You are hereby notified that an action has been commenced against you in the Circuit Court for Barton County, State of Missouri, the object and general nature of which is to Quiet Title as to the property secured by a Deed of Trust dated April 12, 2021, and which action affects the following described property to wit:
LAND SITUATED IN THE COUNTY OF BARTON IN THE STATE OF MO
A TRACT COMMENCING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF LOT THIRTEEN (13), IN BLOCK ONE (1), OF KIDWELL’S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LAMAR, MISSOURI, AND RUNNING THENCE SOUTH 100 FEET THENCE WEST 150 FEET, THENCE NORTH 100 FEET, THENCE EAST 15 FEET TO THE PLACE OF BEGINNING, EXCEPT 12 FEET OFF OF AND ACROSS THE ENTIRE WEST END THEREOF; ALSO, A TRACT BEGINNING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF LOT TWO (2), NORTHRIDGE ACRES, A SUB-DIVISION OF THE CITY OF LAMAR, MISSOURI, THENCE WEST ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF SAID LOT TWO (2) A DISTANCE OF ONE HUNDRED THIRTY-EIGHT (138) FEET, THENCE SOUTH TEN (10) FEET, THENCE EAST ONE HUNDRED THIRTY-EIGHT (138) FEET, THENCE NORTH TEN (10) FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, ALL IN BARTON COUNTY, MISSOURI.
