Ribbon cutting held at Tenth Street Community Farmers’ Market

The Barton County Chamber of Commerce welcomed the Tenth Street Community Farmers’ Market with a ribbon cutting held at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday, June 28, underneath Moore Pavilion, located at the corner of Poplar and 10th streets in Lamar. The market is open every Saturday, from 8 a.m. to 12 noon, with a wide variety of vendors offering anything from crafts, plants, vegetables, meat, candies, jellies and jams, coffees and various other drinks, along with cookies and several other goodies. The market has been serving the community for the past 15 years.
