Lamar Early Head Start classroom recognized with ribbon cutting

Lamar Democrat/Melody Metzger The Barton County Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting to recognize the official opening of the new Lamar Early Head Start classroom, located at 1806 Hagny. The ribbon cutting was held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 12, and featured the newly expanded classroom that is open for children ages birth to 36 months. The classroom not only has an abundance of “learning toys”, but also places to play, rest and even eat a sit down lunch.
