Teresa Shelton explained the gifted program to board members at the March 12 Lamar R-1 School Board meeting. Joining Mrs. Shelton in letting the board know how the program has helped them throughout their school years were Brenna Morey, Zoey Timmons and Landry Morey. There are currently 50 students in the program, from grades 1-12.
