A default has accrued on a certain note secured by a deed of trust executed by, Kimberly Daniels dated 2/8/2023 and recorded on 2/8/2023 in Instrument number 2023r00207 book 2023 Page 207, in the Recorder’s office for Barton County, Missouri. The successor trustee will on June 9, 2026 between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm, more particularly at 11:30 AM, at the West Front Door of the Barton County Courthouse, 1007 Broadway, Lamar, Missouri sell at public venue to the highest bidder for cash (certified funds only), the following real estate:
