The successor trustee will on October 6, 2026 between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm, more particularly at 11:30 AM, at the West Front Door of the Barton County Courthouse, 1007 Broadway, Lamar, Missouri sell at public venue to the highest bidder for cash (certified funds only), the following real estate:

80 FEET OFF AND ACROSS THE SOUTH SIDE OF LOT 10, AND 10 FEET OFF AND ACROSS THE NORTH SIDE OF LOT 12 IN BLOCK 1 OF J.T. BROWN'S FIRST ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LAMAR, BARTON COUNTY MISSOURI.
