Price crowned Lockwood homecoming queen

During the evening, Matt Brown presented Roberts with a check for $200,000 from the Lamar Community Betterment Council Inc., with funds donated by a local couple and Robb Hodson with the First Baptist Church of Lamar was presented a check for $500 from Roberts. The First Baptist Church is one of three facilities that were recognized and presented a check for $500 for use of their facilities currently housing YMCA programs in Lamar. The other facilities include the Barton County Senior Center and the Lamar Christian Church.
YMCA Founders Dinner draws large attendance
Sunter Johnston, son of Cody Johnson and Stele Johnston, is the sixth grade Lamar Middle School Student of the Week. Sunter likes to play baseball and football. His favorite subject is PE. He enjoys deer hunting. He has three pets.
