Variety of characters featured during Halloween Hullabaloo

Photos courtesy of the Lamar Police Department The Lamar Police Department has become a very popular place to visit during the Halloween Hullabaloo and Thursday, Oct. 31 of this year was no different. One couldn’t have asked for better weather as all types of characters invaded the Lamar Square during the annual Halloween Hullabaloo. Trick or treaters could be found in masses as they circled the square and visited the Wyatt Earp Park from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. A costume contest was held at 4:30 p.m., at Memorial Hall. Several other activities were held throughout the evening, giving everyone the opportunity to show off their unique and very imaginative costumes.
