Sandra R. Bean and Shaun M. Bean dated 1/5/2010 and recorded on 1/7/2010 in Document Number 2010-44, in the Recorder’s office for Barton County, Missouri. The successor trustee will on January 7, 2025 between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm, more particularly at 11:30 AM, at the West Front Door of the Barton County Courthouse, 1007 Broadway, Lamar, Missouri sell at public venue to the highest bidder for cash (certified funds only), the following real estate:

A TRACT OF LAND LOCATED IN THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 29, TOWNSHIP 32 NORTH, RANGE 32 WEST, BARTON COUNTY, MISSOURI FURTHER DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
